Raphael is 40 years old and has worked for the national police service in Kenya for 13 years. In 2021, he lost his arm on the job when he stepped in to help his colleague out of a dangerous situation.

Without his hand, he was limited to office work and struggled to learn how to write with his left hand. Receiving the Victoria Hand will give him more independence and allow him to resume some of the tasks he used to do before.
