Victoria Hand in Egypt!

We are starting trials of the Victoria Hand in Cairo, Egypt, together with Zewail City of Science and Technology.  One of our first trial volunteers is 13 year-old Yousef (in video below), who has been waiting to try the Victoria Hand.  Yousef out-grew his previous wooden prosthesis, and has been without a device for quite some time. Upon fitting him, he learned to use it within 20 minutes, and successfully learned to grasp many different objects.  He is quite excited about the new device and has shown it to many of his friends.  We hope to learn more on his progress in the coming weeks. Our hope is to soon expand our work to full provision throughout Egypt.
